La Maison Michelle
Our Reboot Retreats takes place at the incomparable La Maison Michelle, in St. James, Barbados.
Situated on a hilltop with panoramic views of the island’s “Platinum Coast”, La Maison Michelle combines the idyllic Caribbean lifestyle with five-star boutique luxury. Entirely private, this Villa is known as a spa resort property because of its unique amenities and acclaimed white-glove service.
La Maison Michelle has nearly 13,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor space, making it the perfect destination for our Retreat participants to engage in reflective group conversations as well as private one- on- one sessions.
OUR HEALTH
Wake up from a peaceful slumber refreshed and ready to join us for daily movement: whether a yoga class, a hike, pool aerobics or private meditation, we recognize the importance of taking the time to listen to our bodies and treating them with care. We also recognize that our lives often make it difficult to make our health a priority. It is.
So take this time to journal by the pool, hit the gym, head out to the golf course or relax at the Beach Club.

OUR WORK
The career coaching provided during the Retreat provides you with the guidance and tools necessary to help you reflect upon your priorities, businesss and financial goals, opportunities and challenges. Through facilitated peer group discussion and tailored one-on-one sessions we uncover the obstacles, both real and imagined, that keep you from reaching the career heights and financial goals you seek.
OUR PLAY
It’s difficult to let down and let go when you’re juggling a demanding career, family, relationships, community responsibilities and more. As we all know, but sometimes forget, if we go down, a whole lot goes down with us.
This time away is for You - to catch up on your rest, to restore, reflect and relax. This is time away from stress, distraction and your to-do list. This is time to run (or walk!) the beach and sail with us on the azure blue Caribbean Sea.
OUR RELATIONSHIPS
During the Retreat we also take time to discuss the importance of finding and nurturing healthy relationships. We experience life as a whole being, so expending energy extracting our real life from our work life helps to keep us unbalanced. A question we consider through our discussions is how can we each feel more fulfilled and recognized for our contributions and grit.

Swim
The Villa has several spectacular verandas and pool to relax, swim, read, or nap by. The day is yours to do what you want to do. If you need anything at all, just ask the La Maison staff. They are on site to provide anything you might desire.
Cruise
Enjoy a private Catamaran cruise with your Retreat sisters. Snorkel, swim with the sea turtles or just sit back, inhale the warm sea air and admire the rolling blue waves. Enjoy a delicious Bajan dinner, complete with top shelf cocktails and a sound system with music to move you. This luxury sunset dinner cruise is an experience you’ll remember long after you return home.

You’re welcome to lounge around our amazing Villa, but this unique Caribbean island offers so much to experience! Enjoy inner at Oistin’s Famous Fish Fry, have a rum punch under the sun at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club, shop till you drop in Holetown, visit Payne’s Bay Beach, explore the Harrison Caves or the abundant beauty of the Andromeda Botanical Garden. At Your Service
Meet your La Maison Michelle Staff
Chef Adrian and his culinary team prepare delicious, sea & farm-to-table cuisine for all tastes and diet preferences. Our housekeepers make sure that your suite is kept sparkling fresh. The Villa Manager, Karen, provides the white-glove service that La Maison Michelle is known for. The landscaping team keeps the pool and lush gardens beautiful. Caretaker Richard makes the night rounds.
If you need a dining reservation, a ride into town or an empty rum punch glass refilled, the pampering La Maison Michelle staff is always at your service.
Island Cuisine

Your Reboot Retreat at Villa La Maison Michelle includes brunch, high tea and nightly dining al fresco on the rooftop, poolside under the stars or in our dining gazebo. Enjoy fresh, delicious, Bajan cuisine prepared by our private chef to accommodate any palate. Vegan, gluten-free and dairy free dining are available.

The Villa Tour
As you enter the Villa, the elegant first-floor entrance hall opens up to stunning views of the sea. From this wing, you can access three of the seven en-suite bedrooms: To the left is the Glass & Mirror Suite; to the right, the Caribbean Suite and the Shell Suite. These three rooms have fabulous sea views and constant breezes from their private terraces. On the ground floor is the Ocean and the Safari Suites.
The two-bedroom self-contained Guest House offers The Platinum Suite with a King-sized bed and The Cosmo Suite with a King-sized bed (which may be split into two beds), both with en suite bathrooms.
The Guest House also includes a separate kitchen, two spacious decks, one containing a plunge pool with heated hydro-jets.
The Suites
The Shell Suite
As the name implies the Shell Suite Master bedroom is designed with neutral colors and unique furniture adorned with shells.
This beautiful suite has a king-sized bed, study desk, separate walk-in closet, and large bathroom with tub, open shower, and ample vanity.
The Shell Suite offers a stunning sea view and private terrace. The suite has A/C if needed.
This may be booked as a private room or for two friends who don’t mind sharing a bed.
Maximum Occupancy: Two Guests
GLASS & MIRROR SUITE
The edgy Glass & Mirror Suite is an extra-large suite located on the entry level, boasting a high, intricate block ceiling design. It also features a walk-in closet, steam shower, private balcony with ocean views, and an external large tub for moonlight soaking.
The bedroom may be configured for up to four people as it easily accommodates two single platform beds and a full sofa bed.
The suite has A/C if needed.

The Caribbean Suite
The bright and energetic Caribbean Suite is located on the entry level.
Designed with the vibrant colors of Barbados, this large bedroom features two full beds and a beautiful private terrace and ocean view.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
The suite has A/C if needed.
Maximum occupancy: Three Guests
The Safari Suite
Located on the ground floor, the Safari Suite is as fun as it is comfortable. The jungle theme is accentuated by a large wardrobe painted with exotic animals.
This extra-large suite features one king bed which may be converted to two single beds. It also features a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and exposed natural coral stone, a part of the original foundation of the land.
The Safari Suite has a beautiful private terrace, ocean view, and courtyard access.
Maximum Occupancy: Two Guests
The Ocean Suite
Located on the ground floor, the Ocean Suite is a large bedroom featuring two full beds and a bathroom with a shower, tub, and closet area.
The Ocean Suite has a courtyard view and access.
The suite does offer air conditioning if needed.

The Guest House
The Guest House is an ultru-modern separate accommodation next to the main villa with two bedroom suites: The Platinum and Cosmos Suites.
The Guest House includes a separate kitchen, common deck and heated plunge pool with hydrojets. It has a lush garden gully and semi-ocean view.
The Platinum Suite
The Platinum Suite is located in a separate Guest House next to the main villa. This impressive suite has a king-sized bed suite with a
walk-in shower and vanity.
Maximum occupancy: Two Guests
The Cosmo Suite
This large suite has a king-sized platform bed (convertible into two fulls) with a walk-in shower.
There is a private, gully and ocean-view balcony
